Overview

Àsu̹ Îya Gûchya was founded durring the late 11th century, by Kèsè Brower. The establishment of Àsu̹ Îya Gûchya suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Àsu̹ Îya Gûchya was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the late 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Àsu̹ Îya Gûchya is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Àsu̹ Îya Gûchya is buildings are arranged arround a single broad packed earth mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the city a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The city is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the city's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Àsu̹ Îya Gûchya's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. Àsu̹ Îya Gûchya's top tier civilian fortifications are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.

A quick look in any direction shows Àsu̹ Îya Gûchya is filled with vices. There are many taverns, brothels are advertising their services on the streets, cardsharks are plying their illicit trade within public squairs, and every shop has at least three signs advertising various sales on goods. That alone wouldn’t be too noticeable, if it wasn’t just so omnipresent and overwhelmingly how the people of this city live. Or if the general public wasn’t so enthusiastically, openly, and merrily participating in these activities.
